The Jewish ethical discipline known as Mussar has been a recent entry point for so many of us to learn about Jewish mindfulness and how we can engage more deeply with our tradition. On February 10th at 12 pm, the Adult Education Committee will present our trained Mussar facilitators, Heather Westendarp and Naomi Wittlin, who will lead an introductory session about this 800-year old tradition.
