*The Friends of Lyn Sponsorship includes an invitation to an intimate, pre-event gathering to remember and honor Lyn from 12:30-1:00 PM in the Wolff-Toomim Meditation Garden at Congregation Beth Israel. It also includes one individual ticket to the 2026 Lyn Fleishman Schmulen Mahj-a-Thon.

REGISTRATION INSTRUCTIONS
Please follow the instructions below when filling out the registration form. This information will help us arrange your team, and table placement, accordingly:

• If you are registering as an INDIVIDUAL - Complete Player 1 information. We will seat you with other individual players at our community table(s) to you can make new friends.
• If you are REGISTERING & PAYING AS A TEAM - Assign one teammate to be Player 1. This player submits the registration form and payment for your entire team (Players 1-4)
• If you are REGISTERING AS PART OF A TEAM & PAYING SEPARATELY - Complete Player 2 information. We will then match you to your team registration.
