Professor Lubotzky is an Israel Institute Teaching Fellow, a Scholar-in-Residence in the Department of Political Science at the University of Houston, and a Research Fellow at the Institute for Israel-Africa Relations. His PhD dissertation from Indiana University explored the early relationship between the State of Israel and Southern Africa and different South African radical interpretations of Zionism. Recently Professor Lubotzky addressed South Africa's attack against Israel in the International Criminal Court. He holds an MA in History from Bar Ilan University and a BA in Middle Eastern History and Philosophy from the University of Haifa.
