Who was Ada Sereni, "The Lady in the Black Dress"? Ada was the only woman to command the Mossad Le'Aliyah Bet in Italy. Through her skill, courage, and determination, the organization grew, secretly bringing thousands of Holocaust survivors to Israel on clandestine immigration ships. Yet Ada was erased and sidelined from history. This film restores her to the center of the historical narrative—where she rightfully belongs.
